- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate includes fuel/gasoline surcharge. 4% credit card processing fee applies. 2 hours down payment required for service, with 6 hours minimun of service. Credit card processing fee can be waved for the remaining balance if customer decided to pay in cash at the end of the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our business own worked in this industry for over 15 years. He was a driver/chauffeur for some of the limousine company in the area before he started his own company. His main focus is alway on customer's safety, travel experience and caring of his employees over profit making.
