Thankfully, I found Dio. He quickly assessed the damage by reviewing videos I provided and offered a much more reasonable quote over the phone. To my relief, he and his team started work immediately, even on a weekend. Throughout the restoration process, Dio and his team were communicative and transparent, keeping me informed with regular updates on the status of the work.
What impressed me the most about Dio was his trustworthiness and willingness to answer all of my questions, no matter how trivial they seemed. He made the whole experience much less stressful and helped me feel more at ease in my own home.
