A & E Transportation thanks for the great service for my airport transportation to SFO for travel to Atlanta and also thanks for my return trip home from SFO. This is the 2nd time I have used their service. The team is great to work with, it was easy to book the trip, vehicles were very clean, the staff very friendly, great jazz during the trip, and the price was great as well.It was great working with Aaron, he called to confirm my booking and the driver called 1 hour before pickup. I was really happy with the text communication for the pickup from SFO because it was late night and I really didn't want a long wait. I texted the driver my door number at baggage claim as requested and before I got my bags the driver was onsite, so no wait!Great service from the A&E team! I look forward to using A & E Transportation on my next outing. I hear they do wine tours, so I will look to book one during the holidays.

A&E Transportation is amazing! I found them on Yelp and hired them for a weekend getaway in Napa with friends. There were 7 of us total, and we got one of their sprinter vans so we could all fit in one car, not have to worry about finding Ubers, etc. We booked them for the entire weekend, and they took care of our airport/hotel transfers (we flew into Oakland and stayed in a hotel in Napa), transportation to/from wineries, downtown Napa and Yountville. It was so easy and convenient having them. We had Charles and Derek as our drivers, and both were prompt (or even early at times), friendly, reliable and flexible if our plans changed. Excellent customer service and I would definitely use them again.

We used A&E Transportation for our party of 8 from SFO to Napa with a return trip. However, one person had a very early departure time when we were leaving. A&E Transportation took care of us. Charles was our driver for all trips, and he was punctual, professional, accommodating, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the area. Also, he gave us great recommendations. I was very impressed with Charles's relentless effort to get us to the airport when the interstate was blocked, and we were looking at a 1.5+ hr delay which would have caused us to miss our flight. He tried 2 different routes and was able to get us there in enough time to make our flight. We were so grateful b/c flights were pretty booked and our party may have been split trying to get back to Tennessee.The vehicle was an 11 passenger sprinter that was spacious, clean and reasonably priced compared to some others. I am happy that of all the transportation companies that I searched, I chose A&E because I was more than pleased. I would highly recommend this company for your transportation needs in the Bay area.

My niece booked a party bus a month in advance, paid over the deposit amount, and did not receive the bus that she paid for. Being provided a bus that she did not book, the radio did not work, there was not enough space for the number of persons originally booked: the bus was crowded. Such an inconvenience, and some of the guests had to drive their own cars. The company double booked but didn't communicate anything to my niece. The driver was 1 hour late for pick up, and we missed our first reservation. The driver was professional and apologetic, but still, this was bad customer service. We do not recommend this company. Again, I was just on this bus on August 17th with this company that my niece booked back in July for her August birthday. The owner continues to make false statements, and I am a person that was personally on this bus from his company. I am not writing a review for anyone else but my personal experience. This company will also offer to pay you to remove your unpleasant review. This is not only unprofessional but misleading to the community about your service. The owner places comments on yelp reviews and gets them removed because his company is not honest and blames the customer for their bad experience. Photo shows payment made to the owner from his employere. But my niece got a 10 passenger van and not a 20 passenger van. Text message which shows Aaron's attempt to pay to pay to remove a negative review can also be displayed. Services were provided on August 17th, and the attempt to remove this review due to unprofessional and dishonesty is the reason buisnessrs are not being supported long term. Shavonne and former employee have no relation and owner is making false statements yet again.

Please review Shavonna receipt payment $100.00 payment to support her claim…Former employee provided Shavonna with this receipt to help support her review…The payment is from Maurice not Shavonna this why she covered name on receipt with blue mark…Look @ description of receipt same information date & time but with name which was covered in blue mark on her review claim…Former employee Maurice was determined for mid-use of company vehicle for profit to family and friends…Shavonna never booked our service but with her cousin Former employee Maurice, who was determined for this action on August 17, 2024…LOOK @ both receipts same date & time..Please remove Shanovva negative review due to it don’t support a service from our company PERIOD….Aaron Williams/Owner
