Anthony & Bradley were very knowledgeable and professional. They came out to my property to diagnose an issue with low water pressure in my home. They found that my main shut off was an old gate valve and needed to be replaced. The new ball valve looks great and is so much easier to work with! My water pressure is back to normal thanks to Alexander & Clark plumbing!

they came to my house to check issue with low water preassure, when i told thaem city told me , most probably water softner is the issue , they agreed to that and told me I need to pay them $750 to install a bypass to investigate the issue. then next day another plumber comes and told me the water softner bypass is already in place and he bypassed the water flow and find the issue These people tried to get $750 for a bypass for water softener even though bypass was already installed

We’re sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with our team. We are looking into the issue as we always strive for 5 star service. If I remember correctly, we did not have any experience with the existing softener so we did not work on the unit. I believe we waived the service fee and offered to install new bypass valves once you were ready to replace the unit
