I asked for a person to clean a suede sofa. I was clear that it was actual suede and not micro suede. When they came to clean they could see it was suede and proceeded to clean it with water. As if it was a fabric sofa. It looks exactly the same, as if they had not cleaned it at all and I had to get a professional cleaner, that knew how to clean leathers and suede to fix what they screwed up. As well as repair the water damage.
When I discussed with Allied Janitorial they said it was ok to clean with water and they could not get it clean because it was scotch guarded. So I guess they can’t clean your sofa if it’s been scotch guarded? Which I think is pretty common for your average sofa. At any rate, It was not scotch guarded, as I proved with a leather professional and the maker of my sofa and they just could not admit they knew nothing about cleaning a sofa like mine. Don’t bother with Allied if you want a professional job.

Allied Janitorial hs been cleaning our main office and operations office areas for the past eight months in Tracy CA. They started with us in our new building when er were working out of trailers because our building was not ready. I met with a few Corp cleaning companies but I chose Allied because of their willingness to help and their customer service skills.
