We had a great experience! Our technician was Rafael and was AWESOME! As young as he is, very knowledgeable and knew his craft, not to mention, well-mannered and respectful.After troubleshooting the problem, he explained what was going on and suggested a fix. Super friendly. Great phone customer service. They came out quickly and fixed my ac. They even noticed my fan was going to go out so they scheduled to fix that the next day. Highly recommend.

The young man new what he was doing. Found the problem right away, fixed it and now we have air conditioning. He was polite, responsive and all around really good. Thank You

Air Tech is amazing!! They go above and beyond expectations. We were even able to receive same day service on our AC in July!! Thank you Air Tech for getting our AC running again! It is wonderful to come home to a cool house!
