This morning we experienced a short circuit and a flipped breaker. Of course it was the circuit connected to our internet, tv, heat and hot water and main floor lighting.
I called everywhere trying to find some help. Carlos called me back within 20 minutes of my message to him and came out to take a look immediately, on his way to another job. He was able to reset the breaker easily. (I had tried at least half a dozen times. I felt like an idiot!). I asked to pay him for coming and he said it wasn't necessary. I will use him for any jobs or planned projects (I have some outdoor lighting I've been putting off) and I highly recommend him. He's local, he's responsible, he's competent and he's a really nice person willing to go out of his way. We all know how rare that is.
