Like most services, you get what you pay for and it is measure in success or frustration. Short cuts are not cheap and a lack of planning can be fatal for your business. Most of our competitors are not focused on the big picture but rather on delivering services and accumulating profit at all costs.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Technology, users and user experience is changing and often doing so daily. If you are connected to the world via; Internet, email, mobile phones or mobile storage and media devices, keep in mind that the; hardware, software, firmware, and user behavior is almost entirely outside of your control. Therefore your responsibility is to put in place the; Strategies, Policies, and Budgets necessary to implement and manage the; software, hardware, and users, required to fulfill the goals defined by your Technology Strategy. It is our responsibility to know and implement; best practices, troubleshooting methodology, and problem solving skills within our experience to wrap "control" around your environment. Know that there is no "cookie cutter" approach or repair manual of solutions but rather only "Technology minded" individuals who have a passion to solve technical challenges quickly. The scope of knowledge, experience and ability necessary to effectively and efficiently manage a network environment well cannot be found in a single individual and requires a team. Anyone with interest and intelligence can solve basic technical problems but it takes a team to do it; cost effectively, timely and completely. We are one of those Teams!
