Set a date to for initial service . Completed. Paid and even tipped him (though he said he’d trim a tree within the service he didn’t trim, no big deal). He set a date for the next portion of service . He canceled the morning of with a long essay of a message, he himself established in the cancellation message a new service date. Stated he’d keep me “updated and in the loop” but will be out to complete the service the following week . Did not show up , did not respond to the message. Messaged him days following to inform I’ll be moving on in search for a new service provider due to the lack of commitment , poor communication and inconsistency. For him to respond to that message unapologetically and dismissive honestly (but not respond to being a no call , no show.) Keeping your word on all the services you spoke up to provide for future dates .. to not show up speaks to the integrity of the business. To be a service provider takes consistency and accountability. Unfortunately this was not a good experience. Wait until after service is to be completed more than one session before rating the provider .

They were very kind and professional. Definitely worth the value. They helped remove 3 huge and heavy couches and even an old refrigerator for us. I will be contacting them again for all future Junk Removal
