Dear Ms. Shazia, I want to take the time to apologize again for the unfortunate technical difficulties I experienced with my computer and software that evening. I know this birthday party for your little girl was very important and that you wanted everything to be perfect. I also understand you wanted your guests to have fun and take home a photo as a souvenir. I have learned from this experience and want you to know that I have already purchased both a backup computer with the software as well as a backup printer! I have also added an additional 1/2 hour to my current 1 hour set-up time. I intended for this to never happen again. It is my goal to provide the best photo booth service in my area. That is why I appreciate your thoughtful critique and am always trying to improve Golden Gate Photo Booth services. I believe having a backup computer, printer and camera at every event from now on, will help ensure that this type of mishap never occurs again. Now I am happy to say that I will always have a backup of ALL required photo booth equipment. Again, I do sincerely apologize and am still offering a free 4 hour event for you, your family or for any of your disappointed guests that attended the that evening. I encourage you and/or your guests to take advantage of this offer. I say this because I would greatly appreciate an opportunity to serve you a second time in order to restore my company's reputation and your confidence in us.
