Value: Reasonable pricing for the quality. They had SO many props to use. I was recently at an event and there were barebones props. Their background and camera were high quality. I believe you can choose your background, but I left it up to their expertise to choose us a nice background for our theme, and they have a great eye for design.
Work quality: Excellent, the quality of the photo strip design was great. I've seen large professional groups seem to have very pixelated designs and was worried about if that would be the case here...definitely not the case, and I was very happy! The photos also came out pretty high quality. I appreciated that they printed out 4x6 prints in addition to the standard 2x6 strips. We didn't even request them, and that was so generous of them to include it. They even printed out duplicates of the 2x6 strips.
Service: Very friendly couple! They are so willing to help with any questions or concerns you have. They offered at least 2 different designs for the photo strips and it was based off our event theme. They also helped us a lot with the photobooth itself, since it has such a quick timer, and they help with redo's if needed!
Some things to note is that they take Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo. They do not accept credit cards/debit cards. They did provide invoices (very important for me so I could get reimbursed by my company!)
Communication was mostly through Thumbtack app and texting. There were times when there was a bit of a delay in responses, so I got nervous, especially when I couldn't find a website or Instagram of their work, but they are busy! They definitely delivered what they said they would! I would highly recommend Jaz Entertainment.
