- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On-site service starts at $150. I don’t sell equipment — you pay only for my work. I’ll give you honest recommendations and suggest specific equipment options you can easily order on Amazon, but only when genuinely needed. You can order most equipment for a few hundred dollars, not thousands, and I’ll install it for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m a solo operator, so you deal directly with me from start to finish. I provide fast replies, clear ETAs, on-time arrival, and clean work with shoe covers. I’ll review your needs, confirm the scope and pricing, and then schedule the service. I’m available anytime except Sundays, which I keep for my family.

Master’s Degree in Computer Systems and Networks (KNURE). International background with experience in Ukraine and the United Kingdom. Certified Technical Expert for Hikvision, Brivo, Paxton, 2N, and more. Business owner since 2019.
