Stanislav is a great troubleshooter, even on older rather complicated home entertainment systems. He rather quickly located the problem, identifying the component that had failed, helped me order it on Amazon, ensuring it was exactly to the proper specifications as it is a rather outdated component. He will come back to install the new unit as soon as we receive it. Very friendly, professional and a good value for services rendered.
