- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is like a suit/or a dress you can grab one off the rack and hope it fits and adjust to you... Or we can custom tailor that suit/dress (much like a party or event) to the clients needs and goals and know, the suit/dress will not only fit but look outstanding the same time!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
beyond initial contact, making sure I understand their needs or ideas. establishing communication and ensuring the customer that much like All State they are in good hands. this is done by following up and understanding consumer needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
what's better than hands on experience and direct customer interaction. I've been mentored by a close colleague of mine whose been doing this since the 80's. I myself was a hip hop artist so being behind a mic and in front of a crowd was always a natural feeling for me so it was only right I transition behind the turntables to still breath life in any party or event!
