- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 20% off of our move out cleaning if you choose to contract with us for regular cleaning (at least once a month) at your new house or apartment! For our move out cleaning, we expect the furniture to be removed from the house by the time we come to clean your house. This is so that we may give the best clean possible. If we need to work around your furniture, we will for a fee of $100, representative of the added time needed to perform the same level of care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can generally provide our estimates entirely through Thumbtack or a 5 minute phone call. For our regular customers, we like to start our service by a deep cleaning that a partner will overee, to ensure that the best level of care is provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have all of our team managers get certified as House Cleaning Technicians, in order to provide a superior quality of care.
