- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is only $65 and it is waived out if you do the repair. We give discounts for militaries, veterans and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do have many parts for appliance repair in our vans. So the most common repairs we can do in one visit. We do the repair for all brands and all appliances so not all parts can be stored in our car. In this case we do diagnostic and prepare a quote. If you approve the quote for repair we order parts and return back to you when parts are received, to fix your units. Usually it takes 2-5 business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians speak good English and have engineering background. We regularly participate in manufacture trainings for appliance services. We are authorised service provider for ASKO brand. We works with all major appliances and with all brands.
