Introduction: I'm a Master of Architecture student, started freelancing to pay for my school.
I had worked under licensed architect over three years.
My main expertise is in construction documents, 3d modeling/ rendering and can guide you through your permitting process. Since I'm a student, I work little bit differently than others.
Very mild rates since I work alone. There is no overhead charges, I just charge for the design, working drawings and prints plus additional services as needed.
Designing for a house/building is like solving a puzzle. Its a little challenging but at the same time it's fun too. I enjoy working on software and on field as well. It gives me perfect balance between real life and tech life.
