My wife and I moved into and ald condo and were looking to update the place. Our realtor recommended Jose and his team. We are very happy to say the least. They did everything, from the floors to the plumbing and the electrical work so we didn't have to hire multiple groups. Jose and his team did an impressive job tackling a complex bathroom project. My husband and I hired them to remove the bathtub and replace with a walk-in shower. The walk-in shower required his crew to add in tiles and a shower niche. They also installed new air fans and a light fixture. From start to finish, Jose was sincere and responsive. His colleagues, Jesus and Alex approached their work with attention to detail and provided high quality workmanship. Jose and his crew have become like family to me. I was in a big rush to have my shower converted into a bathtub/shower so I’d have a tub to soak in after major oral surgery. They accommodated my need to rush.
There were problems with my walls and they lost a day because of the need to create a new wall structure to fit the new tub. I realized they were not going to be able to finish before my surgery. I thought about it and realized, these guys are so respectful and care about me as a person and I felt so comfortable having them around that finishing before surgery was no longer important.
They had a another customer that was in a hurry to get her kitchen completed and because the guys were rushing for me, she asked if I could hold off a day.
So the day after surgery the guys were working while I was in bed. That’s how comfortable I felt. Swollen beyond recognition I felt like they are family. I had zero embarrassment about letting them see me that way.
They did an excellent job. I absolutely LOVE my new tub/shower. I highly recommend them for whatever project you need done. Because Jose wants to build long term repeat customers, is a smaller locally owned business with no giant construction company behind him, he really cares that his customers are HAPPY.

We had a really great experience with Jose: he replied promptly to my message, scheduled a visit the very next day and showed up on time. They were very professional during our meeting, and did a thorough inspection of the shower. This included getting into our crawl space to check for water damage and leaks. They went through all the problems discovered, with pictures and videos, and what needed to be done to correct and sent us quotes the same day.

1st is speaking on the phone, get an idea of what the project entails, meet and greet the client, discuss in more detail of the project, I then create a spreadsheet with an estimate of the job which includes the days of completion and the cost.
