We had an issue with our washing machine and Igor came out the next day, immediately identified the problem, had the part he needed with him and had it fixed right away. He's very knowledgeable, friendly, and had great advice for us on our appliances. I will be going straight to him for any appliance needs in the future, highly recommend.

Igor was very responsive to our message on a Sunday evening. He came over first thing on Monday morning. He was able to fix our washing machine on site at a very reasonable rate. We would not have hesitate to call Igor again as we found him to be very professional.

Igor is a professional technician who knows his work very well. The office however is a mess. When I called they said I had no appointment at the same time Igor showed up.
