Evaluated our non operational washer. Quickly identified the problem and quoted a repair option. Recommended we actually replace the appliance due to it age and high probability of failures in the future. Appreciated his honest assessment and recommendation of new appliances we should consider. Igor was a true gem. He did some very hard work on my double gas ovens, and made it look easy. He removed them from the wall, changed out two fan motors, and fixed the broken light socket in the bottom oven. Everything works now as it did when the ovens were brand new. I will call Igor again if other appliances needs repair. Trust has been built.
