Fees:
Standard notarization (1–5 signatures): $15 per signature + travel fee (starting at $50)
Buyer loan signing package: $200 (all-inclusive)
Seller signing package: $150 (all-inclusive)
Trust & will signing: $200 for one, $300 for two (all-inclusive)
In addition to mobile notary services, I offer document printing, scanning, and drop-off at FedEx or UPS for your convenience.
Flexible scheduling available, including weekends and late evenings.

Jane was excellent! We needed a notarization right away and she was able to accommodate us on Mother's Day with no increase to her usual travel fee. We were able to get 9 signings done with one visit. Such a relief that I didn't have to load up two elderly family members (one in WC) and drive to a brick and mortar notary. I highly recommend Jane and will use her again if needed!
