We started working with Esther a couple month backs and are incredibly stoked to have started our fitness journey with her.
She is extremely skilled at personal training. She comes very well prepared and has a solid structure for every workout and how we go about exercising week over week. She also checks in your diet and always shares tips on how to do better. She is always logical with her recommendations and keeps us accountable.

I work with Esther on the health and fitness goals that I set. She has helped me to get into better physical shape, but she’s helped me even more with the struggles I’ve had with eating healthier and mentally being able to make healthy choices.
