What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
25% (non-refundable) deposit will be due day of booking in order to lock in the session. The remainder will be due day of shoot. If you are located 50 miles outside of Sunnyvale, CA a $60 traveling fee will be added to total cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When customer reaches out please give me at least 24hrs to respond. I typically respond within a few hours of initial contact.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in Communications/Journalism & Masters degree in New Media Journalism.
