Embrace & Embody Yoga

Introduction: I offer private and corporate yoga classes to those who are beginning yogis and those who are more seasoned yogis. I have a background in vinyasa, pre/postnatal, yin, and restorative yoga. I can tailor the class to suit your needs (physical, mental, emotional). Furthermore, I integrate my studies in somatic awareness and meditation (M.A. in holistic counseling) into my yoga teaching, as I am also a marriage and family therapist trainee. I have been leading meditation workshops for five years.
