Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. My husband is using her as pilates instructor and I am using her as a massage therapist. We both feel we are in very professional hands! I have back issues and she knows exactly which areas need attention.

A few words come to mind when I think of Lauren Kokenes: patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and consistent. One of the things I love about taking pilates with her is that I learn and do something new and different in every class. Her dance background makes her a stickler for the proper form which she always passes along to her students. I am absolutely amazed at my own personal progress after nearly a year of classes under her watchful eye. You need not hesitate to book a session with her and it doesn't matter if you are new to pilates or a seasoned pro. Lisa is very professional and has been a great trainer. She is always modifying the workouts to fit my needs and prevent any exercises from becoming boring. She seamlessly transitioned my workouts from in the pool to indoor Pilates and yoga when it got too cold, and is helping me improve my flexibility slowly but surely.

After a horrible car accident and 3 herniated disks in my back and pretty much being bed ridden, she has taught me ways to help strengthen my body in pilates that I didn't ever imagine I would be able to do. Having nearly 4 decades of regular workout experience that spans from youth / high school organized athletics to personal cardio, strength, daily stretching, I didnt really know what to expect when trying Pilates for the first time.
