He’s able to help me figure out the complex electrical problem, not just a switch/outlet replacement, within a short period of time. It’s actually the wire within the wall, but he’s able to fix it without tear down any part of the wall, saved a lot of work and money to hire another handyman for the wall itself. Highly recommended!

It was a delight having Santiago do our electrical work. He was very responsive and did a great job. He was on time and on budget.
When we encountered a problem after he left after a full day of work, he graciously came back that evening to ensure everything was working properly.
Our children were asking him tons of questions as he worked and he was gracious and patient with his audience. We definitely plan on hiring him again.

This was my first hire on thumbtack and I am thrilled to say that Freymann Construction is now my go to hire for all my electrical needs. He was able to reconnect my ring doorbell with a new transformer and made sure all was working well before he left.
I am having him quote another larger job and know he is a trustworthy person who is an expert in his field. I highly recommend him to everyone.
I’m having Santiago and his crew come back to do a different project because I was pleased with the light installations, one of which was for a fixture that was 20 feet up in the stairwell. The next project is a brand new fan installation for a vaulted ceiling. I will post another review once that project is completed.
