Enrique was friendly, polite, very easy to work with and so accommodating! I had decided at the last minute to look for a limo or party bus for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday celebration. Enrique came through with a beautiful party bus at a very reasonable price! My daughter and her friends had a blast! Our driver, Chris, arrived on time (a little early actually) and was very friendly. He was also very patient with the girls and their many requests, as they played with the music system, changed the music and lights constantly, wanted the air on and off, and then added a stop along the way home. The entire experience was a blast, and the moms were able to enjoy themselves too! I highly recommend Enrique, Chris, and Sapphire Limousine Service! I will definitely be using them again.

Enrique was great. I hired him for my daughters quincenera this past weekend, he was on time and very professional. He was very acomidating to my family. He even helped load my daughters things into the party bus and unload at the venue. My daughter had her friends had a blast and if she was happy on her special day Iam happy too. I highly recommend him, and would use his services again.

Chris was on time with a clean and comfortable party bus. He was professional, helpful and pleasant. He was took us anywhere we asked to go even if it was a last minute decision. Enrique was easy to work with and responsive with texts and e-mails.

My daughter and her friends stated this was the most fun they've had in a long time. Enrique and Chris made us feel comfortable and safe. They were also very accommodating. They provided a very nice and clean Mercedes-Benz Bus and their prices were very reasonable. I definitely plan on using their service again and I will recommend them to everyone. So if you are looking to have a great time, in a nice vehicle, with nice gentlemen who drives safely, at a reasonable price; I definitely think Sapphire Limousine Service should be your choice. Overall this experience was OUTSTANDING.

Hired Sapphire Limo Services. Spoke with Enrique, he was so accomodating and reassuring. Our driver was Chris. Both representatives Enrique and Chris are professional, courteous, and reliable. They are EXCELLENT. Enrique was always responsive to my questions, emails and texts, during my hiring and decision; and believe I was inquiring till the point of annoyance (thank you for your patience Enrique). I hired Sapphire party bus to celebrate my daughters 18 bday. They ABSOLUTELY made my daughter feel like a Princess. My daughter told me that Chris the driver was friendly, went out of his way to make her party feel comfortable, recommend places to see, eat and visit. He also was right there everywhere they went almost like a bodyguard!!! Very protective and made sure to maintain privacy from any inquisitive people. Chris was constantly cleaning the bus, making it look professional and fresh at every stop. He had his GPS ready, taking routes that avoided delays and traffic. I initially planned 6 hours. But they had so much fun and their price was so reasonable that they spend 14 hours with Chris. Worth every penny. The driver knows the entire Southern California area (and beyond) and can give suggestions for the best experience! Thank you Chris! Initially I was concerned since the entire transaction was made over the phone, the contract was verbal. I thought that maybe they would not show up, or that they would end up charging me hidden fees. But I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, reliability and HONESTY. Everything they told me was done and more. The price they gave me was what they charged, no extras, no hidden fees, no surprises. I am keeping Enrique and Chris in my contacts. I will hire them every single time I have the need. I am a forever customer. They are 100% trustworthy, straight forward and the price is the best around. The bus is beautiful, clean, fun, and elegant. The sound system is excellent. But the best is the impecable customer service--Which made our experience customized to our needs. I am grateful to have been able to find people that are honorable and respectful. Chris arrived 1 entire hour early and was parked closed by so he could arrive at exactly the time he told us. The kids, who are all teens, have only the best to say. They gave Chris extra work by partying a little too much (they were a little messy) Chris was sooo patient. He was like a Body guard, chaperone, protective and made me feel at complete peace!! And when I asked if he would do it again, he anwered "yes ma'am. I am patient and I love my job." I am so grateful to these two amazing gentleman. I wish them only the best, and many customers and prosperity. If you have any doubts on hiring them, you can rest assured that you found the best. You will not find better. Believe me!!! I searched EVERYWHERE, and called at least 15 companies. I am so happy and completely satisfied. Thank you so much Chris and Enrique!!! Jady K.
