I have used Kara's service for family sessions, birthday parties, child holiday sessions, and a private boudoir session. She's professional, fun, and a great person to have around you even in your most vulnerable state for photos. Love Love Love having Kara around for our families memories.

Amazing! Kara is simply the best at what she does. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed while she takes pictures and captures the moments. She gently guides you into the most natural and flattering poses, She is a professional on every level, not just with her photography skills (which our unparalleled) , but her communication and follow through as well! I highly recommend her for any photography needs.

Kara has been our family photographer for several years, now. She has done our family portraits, major milestone celebrations, and most recently my daughter's engagement/bridal photos. Kara goes above and beyond. She is a true professional, but has the ability to make you feel like you have known her forever. She has an amazing gift and always brings out the best...even for those people who are not comfortable in front of a camera. Kara truly brings magic to every photo shoot. My biggest problem is...I can never decide on a favorite photo!!! I highly recommend Kara Elizabeth Photography!!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A few emails or phone calls back and forth about the session which is requested. Sometimes we meet in person, especially for weddings and go over packages. From there we set a date, a retainer is paid, and we work toward wardrobe, and location if necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Majored in Photography and Graduated with a BA in Photography and Graphic Design in 2001. I have been running my own Business, Kara Elizabeth Photography Since 2003 and I have built it from the ground up!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My love for photography, People and capturing moments that can only be remembered by an image! I love being able to capture emotion and a time that is otherwise forgetten!
