$60 diagnostic fee, fully credited toward the repair if you proceed. No hidden fees, no upcharges. You get a clear written price BEFORE any work starts. 30-day warranty on every repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Call or message me with the appliance model and symptom. 2) I confirm a same-day or next-day arrival window (usually 2 hours). 3) On-site diagnostic ($60, credited if you proceed). 4) Transparent quote, you approve, I fix it the same visit when parts allow. 5) 30-day warranty, paperwork, and payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BHGS Licensed #50446 (California Bureau of Household Goods and Services). Hands-on training on premium brands: Viking, Wolf, Sub-Zero, Fisher Paykel, Miele, Liebherr. I keep up with new models every year because modern appliances change fast and shortcuts cost customers money.
