I have worked with a lot of contractors and Preferred Remodeling was great. Michael was responsive and made himself available while the work was happening. They charge a little more, but you get what you pay for and the job was well done. This is a great one to keep on hand for any painting or remodeling.

Hired Michael to do a full shower remodeling. He makes sure a contract is signed and his payment terms are very reasonable compare to 80% of the guys out there. He is very responsive and completed every feedback that I gave him. He helped make sure that the subcontractors completed the job correctly.

Mika and his team were complete professionals from start to finish. They promised a two week job and got it done in less. Any concerns I had Mika remedied immediately and made sure my wife and I were happy with the work the whole time. They remodeled our kitchen, and painted our house and it was well worth it. I probably added 50k to the value of our home for a fraction of the price. If you're going to have any construction done make sure you talk to these guys first. Thank Mika!!
