I am so thankful that we found Alex! He quickly submitted a reasonable estimate for a door that had broken glass that was complicated to fix. When he came for the appointment, not only did he fix the glass - he fixed a door that had been broken for many years. We had several people come over to say it was “not able to be repaired”. Alex asked us if we would like to have him try and he fixed it successfully. We are SO excited to have our door back! We would hire Alex again in a heartbeat!

I is recently bought a front door direct from manufacturer and needs an installer. I reached out to Alex at RisePro. No one else wanted to come over and verify my measurements of the opening due to risk. Alex did it in 20 mins. Next Alex went to pick up the door but contrary to what we were told the door wasn’t ready. Alex didn’t complain or charge me for wasted time. We just moved on. Finally during installation while Alex was tearing out my old door, we found out the Urban Doors had built the door to the wrong measurements. I was a wreck. Not to worry. Alex spent three hours cutting the enclosure to make the prehung door fit. It wasn’t over yet. I bought an expensive locking mechanism which required 6 different size holes to be drilled in the door. A true labor of love. Alex tackled every challenge and the Finished product is awesome. If you are a worrier like me Alex is your guy

I bought a house and needed a temporary fix for my windows before I replace them in few months. The windows needed parts to be replaced, and it was going to be a costly repair. However, Alex was able to figure out a cost effective solution that fixed all 8 windows without replacing any parts. Will hire again when replacing my windows! Alex was great! He responded to my estimate request within minutes, and came out to my home the next day to provide me an exact price. Two days later he came by and installed new metal fencing for me along with repairing some older metal fencing. His price was very fair and lower than two other quotes I received. I won't hesitate to call him again if needed.
