I is recently bought a front door direct from manufacturer and needs an installer. I reached out to Alex at RisePro. No one else wanted to come over and verify my measurements of the opening due to risk. Alex did it in 20 mins. Next Alex went to pick up the door but contrary to what we were told the door wasn’t ready. Alex didn’t complain or charge me for wasted time. We just moved on. Finally during installation while Alex was tearing out my old door, we found out the Urban Doors had built the door to the wrong measurements. I was a wreck. Not to worry. Alex spent three hours cutting the enclosure to make the prehung door fit. It wasn’t over yet. I bought an expensive locking mechanism which required 6 different size holes to be drilled in the door. A true labor of love. Alex tackled every challenge and the Finished product is awesome. If you are a worrier like me Alex is your guy

Alex has great workmanship. We requested that he build a hog wire style fence which is uncommon in our neighborhood. Most fencing companies we contacted said they did not work with these materials but Alex was confident that he could build the fence we wanted. He finished the job, which required removing our existing chain link fence and constructing the new fence in four days.

Alex was great! He responded to my estimate request within minutes, and came out to my home the next day to provide me an exact price. Two days later he came by and installed new metal fencing for me along with repairing some older metal fencing. His price was very fair and lower than two other quotes I received.
