Incredible service! I work for Sotheby's, the gold standard of real estate service. I needed bunk beds and a crib assembled with 24-hour notice and Alex responded at 10 pm at night, confirmed the appointment for the next morning, and showed up on time with everything he needed to complete the job. There was a problem with the plastic screws from IKEA so he improvised and used the screws he brought and explained the problem. I left him alone the entire time and he finished the job beautifully! I will hire him again as soon as the task presents itself!
