We had Juan with Plumbers that care, install our new bathroom vanity and sink, and he did an excellent job. He replaced all of the valves, installed a new faucet and new water lines, reconnected the plumbing, and ensured everything was properly installed and functioning as it should. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took great care with his work. We are very happy with the finished installation and would definitely recommend Juan to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber. Plumbers that care, also provided the most reasonable quote, and there were no surprise costs or change orders throughout the project.

We had a leaking drain line that we inherited from the previous owner of the house. Will showed up at promised time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for us. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out to the residence free of charge. I assess and locate the plumbing issue. Then I educate the customer on why this problem is occurring and give them a solution and multiple options on how to repair,replace or upgrade.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plumbing contractors state license. Associates degree in water distribution and sanitation. I am constantly getting training on all the latest plumbing tools,equipment, and technology.
