I received several quotes for AC repairs. Most misdiagnosed the issue and were overcharging by a lot. Dustin from Vortech Air was able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair at a fair price. He’s been doing this for 20+ years and is a real pro. I also signed up for his annual maintenance package, which was also reasonably priced.
Our Vortech experience was great! Starla, who helped with appointment setting, was friendly and professional as I walked her through my concerns. We had our system installed in July of 2023 by Dustin (Lead Tech), and it cooled SO much better than the previous unit! We had them back in Oct 2025 for a routing checkup, and again the experiences was great. Give Vortech a call!
