- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Primetech Appliance Repair, we believe in upfront and transparent pricing. Our charges for visit and diagnosis typically range from $65 to $125, depending on various factors such as the type of appliance, its location, the space it occupies, and the complexity of the diagnosis. In some cases, we may need to uninstall and reinstall the appliance for thorough diagnostics, which can influence the overall price. We understand that appliance repairs can be costly, which is why we strive to offer fair rates. If possible, we're open to providing discounts to help alleviate the financial burden for our customers. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities, and we're committed to delivering quality service at a reasonable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer seeks assistance, we schedule a technician's visit to the customer's home or another specified location. Our technician conducts diagnostics and provides a cost estimate for the work required. Our technicians conduct thorough diagnostics either by entering the appliance into service mode or physically dismantling it to identify the faulty part or component network. We provide an overall cost estimate after which, if the customer agrees to the repair, there is no charge for the service call. Customers only pay for the agreed-upon labor and parts. Occasionally, prices may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. However, additional labor charges are usually not applied, and only the cost of the part is charged. Each case is handled individually.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have completed a year-long course in appliance repair and are certified by popular brand factories. We are certified specialists, distinct from factory-authorized companies. We do not perform warranty repairs for manufacturers; specialized authorized companies handle warranties.
