We keep our pricing simple, fair, and transparent—no surprises. ✔️ Free quotes (fast response) Send us photos or details and we’ll give you a clear, upfront price. ✔️ Flat-rate pricing available Most of our jobs are quoted as a flat rate, so you know exactly what you’re paying before we start. ✔️ No hidden fees No surprise charges—everything is discussed and approved ahead of time. ✔️ Same-day & urgent service available We do offer last-minute and priority scheduling. Depending on availability, a rush fee may apply. ✔️ Labor-based options for smaller jobs For light moving or smaller cleanouts, we can offer hourly rates when it makes more sense. ✔️ Disposal & hauling included We handle the heavy lifting, loading, hauling, and proper disposal—so you don’t have to. ✔️ Deposits for scheduling We may require a deposit to secure your spot, especially for large or next-day jobs. ✔️ Discounts when possible We do our best to work within your budget and may offer bundle pricing when combining services. We respond quickly and ask a few questions to understand exactly what you need. 2. Clear, upfront estimate We provide a flat-rate quote (or best pricing option) so you know exactly what to expect—no surprises. 3. Schedule your service Once approved, we lock in your date and time. For larger or urgent jobs, a deposit may be required to reserve your spot. 4. Arrival & walkthrough Our team arrives on time and does a quick walkthrough with you to confirm the scope before starting. 5. We get to work We handle everything—lifting, loading, organizing, and clearing out the space efficiently and carefully. 6. Final check with you Before we leave, we make sure everything is done exactly how you want it. Your satisfaction comes first. 7. Clean, ready space We leave the area cleared, clean, and ready for what’s next—whether that’s moving, selling, or turning over the property.
