Kati was really quick at replying to my enquiry.
Fitting me in to please both of our schedules was great.
I like that she gave me simple instructions and then homework to do daily. I was fearful of being overwhelmed by too much detail but it’s not how she instructs. I’m looking forward to working with her going forward.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard half hour rate for adults is $70 and I run periodic specials but I always have six lessons for $290 and 10 lessons for $390. Junior rate for kids 17 and under is $40 or 6 (1/2) hour lessons for $190.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a short interview on goals, background in golf and sports, and injuries. The student hits balls where I then recommend changes, drills or teaching aids based on their goals, time frame, and ability. I also do video before and after. I offer a variety of lesson packages which I explain as well. I also am on Staff with Tour Edge, one of the oldest manufacturers of equipment and the only company to offer a lifetime warranty on their product.
With my knowledge in club-fitting, I offer a free evaluation and fitting for this company.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Physical Education/Kinesiology, am a Class A and Life Member of the LPGA and former LPGA Touring Pro. I am also Wally Armstrong certified and a Member of the National Golf Foundation. I was also listed in the Who's Who registry for Executive/Professionals. And most importantly, I have taken over 2500 hours of instruction myself from the top teachers in the country.
