I would like to thank this handyman for his attention to details and fixing my missing staircase spindle by finding an exact match.

Mark did an awesome job. I had multiple people from Craigslist come and start projects that were horrible. Mark came and cleaned up their errors! Abs he did an amazing job!

While I haven't hired Mark to do the work needed, he did respond promptly, arrived on time for the inspection and estimate, and sent a fantastic response with all items needing work, a description of what and why and even links to the materials required for replacement/repair. Like "WOW!" I am in the middle of a real estate transaction and unsure how much of the quoted repairs will be required by the new buyer but I would have no hesitation contracting Mark to do the work identified. The first contractor from this site "no-showed" me and never returned my texts or calls. Mark was on it and continued to communicate and work in with my travels and busy schedule. I highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience! Was able to do a project I desperately needed done, even in the heat. Really appreciate the time & commitment. He built this shed and did the brick work beneath it :)
