I scheduled Heather for a move out clean 2 days after the movers were to be finished. I began having problems with the movers which included some rescheduling delay calls followed by no-shows. Ultimately the movers were 3 days late in picking up my belongings. I had been in contact with Heather during this time, and due to the latest pickup time provided we agreed that Heather would come as planned. Of course the movers did not show, but Heather offered to stay and work around the boxes (we had everything staged and ready to be loaded). She then offered to come back the next day to clean what she hadn’t been able to access. She saved the day and her sunny disposition did wonders in helping me to keep calm as all this is going on.
By the way, her cleaning was absolutely first rate! She did a beautiful job under difficult circumstances. I highly recommend Heather!
