Hired on Thumbtack
My wife and I had our bathtub converted to a walk-in shower. From the minute we found Kevin, he reached out to us by the Thumbtack app to verify the work we wanted complete. After he visited our home to take measurements and understand our needs, he provided a professional estimate, along with a contract and timeline for completion. We are very pleased with his quality of work and detail. We would recommend him for future home improvement projects.
Details: Bathroom • Tub or shower enclosure • 51 - 100 sq ft • Durock • No, but I will buy the tiles myself
Prime SoCal Remodeling's reply
Thank you so much, Joel. I really appreciate your kind words and the opportunity to work on your shower project.
It means a lot coming from someone who clearly takes pride in quality workmanship. I was especially impressed by the fireplace project you completed yourself and the attention to detail that went into it.
It was a pleasure working with you, and I’d be happy to help with any future home improvement projects.

We love how our downstairs guest bathroom turned out! Kevin was easy to work with, communicated well throughout the project, and paid attention to all the little details. The new walk-in shower, large-format tile, wood accent wall, and LED mirror completely transformed the space. The project was fully permitted, and every inspection passed on the first visit, which gave us a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. Everything came out clean and beautiful, and were very happy with the final result. We would definitely recommend Prime SoCal Remodeling!

We couldn't be happier with the remodel that Kevin did for our master bathroom and our kitchen counters. Throughout the process, Kevin was highly communicative and easy to work with. He provided suggestions and solutions if we were uncertain about our goals, and if he had any concerns or questions of his own, he would always check in with us. Most notably, we found that Kevin was reliable and accountable. Even when he had subcontractors helping out on the job, he would always remain on-site the whole day to ensure the quality was to high standards, and that the job was done right. He also did the most critical parts of the work himself.Because Kevin was so detail oriented, we were able to trust him to deliver great quality without worry. If you are looking to modernize your bathrooms, we highly recommend his work!

We hired Kevin to remodel our shower and tub in our master and guest bathrooms and couldn't be happier with his work. From start to finish, he communicated status, progress, and issues clearly. He was also very attentive to the aesthetic details of the job the entire time. What stood out the most was his professionalism and honesty- such as noting when certain materials were unsuitable for the project instead of just installing them, offering his suggestions, and then leaving the final call to us to decide how to proceed. Very reliable and consistent. We are very happy with our new showers and would hire him again without hesitation.

Kevin did an excellent job installing our flooring. He was professional, efficient, and paid attention to detail. The floors look great and we couldn't be happier with the result. I'd definitely recommend him and will hire him again for future projects.
