- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing only relates to our turnkey services; kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping, replacement windows, artificial turf and a majority of our a la carte services. Our custom and semi custom projects are bid by a team of estimators to ensure our customers are giving the best possible price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our no hassle Sales and Operations process is about as simple as it gets. We send out 1 of our industry professionals to quote and walk the Property owner through exactly what we be completed and NOT completed on the project to avoid assumptions. We are very thorough through this process. Approved CSLB contracts are signed along with a 3 day right to cancel and upon the fourth day project is scheduled, material is ordered and we pre-mobilize the project. Our project team is constantly in touch with our property owner throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is constantly improving our knowledge through online workshops, CEU credits that pertain to their job function and we have weekly educational meetings for the entire staff.
