- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer senior citizen, public service and veterans/military discount. We try to use all battery powered to keep costs low for our customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask name, listen to project details, ask for address to asses over the phone property details on acreage or sq footage. This gives us the best information to give a soft quote over the phone. Then if accepted we would walk the property with a before checklist with the customer. If its a green light then we go ahead and work immediately or schedule a day to complete service. We then do a pre and post checklist again on the day of service with before and after photos that are emailed or texted to the customer. Thank them for allowing us to be apart of their home enhancement project!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA that lets me streamline the business side to focus more on customer relationships and learning new ways to improve the quality of work.
