Kelly has been fantastic! We just signed a lease on the perfect house for my wife and daughter. Kelly has been extremely responsive, by both text and phone. He was open and honest about the property. He is no-nonsense, which I highly value. The application website was straightforward as was signing the lease agreement. He is proactive and is already getting a few minor repairs taken care of without asking. Overall, I trust that he will take care of us throughout our lease.
