Called probably 10 times throughout the course of the day just trying to see one property, left several messages never returned, called before closing someone answered but she was Extremely negative, apparently you need to make $7000 a month to qualify for a $1800 house dual incomes don't matter, everytime I spoke she sounded irritated to answer me, no info on the property provided just a bunch of snide shoot downs for our jobs and the money we make

We are sorry you were dissatisfied with the pre-screening questions we ask of potential tenants. The owners that we represent have specific minimum income and credit expectations in choosing a tenant, and we do everything we can to make sure that we ask questions with regards to the credit requirements prior to showing the properties (to save everyone time and money). We take our responsibility to you, a potential Tenant, very seriously to ensure that you do not submit payment for applications to the credit agencies that cannot be refunded if the pre-screening questions indicate an applicant would not be a match for a particular property. We haven’t had a property listed recently at $1,800, so we’ll look into that further, but we wish you the best of luck in your property search.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scout property management is the premier property management firm in SW Riverside county. We meet with each client to discuss current status of property and your short term and long term goals. Once established, we will put a plan together to source top quality tenants to match your property goals and ROI targets.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a fully licensed and insured CA brokerage and have extensive coursework in property management. Additionally our management team holds post graduate degrees in Finance.
