- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to charge a fair price so the customer will be happy. We charge $75 and all the chemicals are included with the weekly pool service and that makes everyone happy so you always know what the monthly bill will be. No one likes surprises with the billing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love working with new customers. We talk on the phone then I stop by and take a look at the pool and meet the dogs with some dog treats. We usually start the pool service and find out which gate to use on our routeday. We will make any adjustments to the pool and pool chemistry on the spot so the pool starts looking better right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the pool service business for over 20 years and still love it.
