I love teaching beginners and intermediate players of all ages how to hit the correct strokes utilizing the correct progression of balls (Red, Orange, Green, and Regular), the correct racket sizes for the young players, and the correct footwork. For the more advanced players, I can offer unique drills, video analysis, and fitness training. I specialize in tennis-specific fitness, agility, strength, and foot movement for all skill levels and ages, particularly for junior players. I utilize video analysis to improve the strokes and the game tactics. I have also coached for many years competitive soccer at the youth and adult levels in the USA and Italy, with always an emphasis on fitness and injury prevention, and I am very aware of the importance of fitness in the modern game. I constantly study the best and latest coaching techniques and strategies to improve the student's tennis game, and I try personalizing the training based on his or her objectives.
