FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, honest pricing with no hidden fees. Every loss is different, so we provide detailed estimates based on the actual scope of damage and industry standards. We work directly with insurance companies whenever possible to align on the scope of work while keeping you informed every step of the way. For customers paying out of pocket, we'll discuss options upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the restoration process as simple and stress-free as possible. It starts with a prompt inspection where we identify the source of the damage, assess affected areas, and explain our findings in plain language. If emergency mitigation is needed, our certified technicians begin protecting your property immediately to prevent further damage. Throughout the project, we thoroughly document everything with photos, moisture readings, and detailed reports to support your insurance claim when applicable. We communicate regularly so you always know what to expect, answer your questions along the way, and coordinate directly with your insurance company whenever possible. Once drying or mitigation is complete, we review the property with you, discuss any necessary repairs or reconstruction, and ensure you're completely satisfied before considering the job finished. Our goal is not just to restore your property, but to provide the kind of service that earns your trust long after the project is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines more than 20 years of hands-on restoration experience with ongoing industry education and professional certifications. Our technicians receive specialized training in water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, structural drying, contents restoration, and reconstruction. We follow recognized industry standards established by the IICRC and stay current on the latest restoration techniques, equipment, and safety protocols through continuing education. Beyond technical training, we have extensive experience working with homeowners, property managers, and insurance companies. That means we understand not only how to restore a property correctly, but also how to thoroughly document a loss, communicate effectively with all parties, and help make the claims process as smooth as possible for our customers.
