When we had a flood coming out of the ground, we called Stellar and they were very quick responding, gave us a not to exceed price, then opened ip the ground ,found the problem, removed and replaced the broken pipes. Replaced dirt, and poured concrete. The area looks great and no more water leak. Very satisfied customer.
