When we had a flood coming out of the ground, we called Stellar and they were very quick responding, gave us a not to exceed price, then opened ip the ground ,found the problem, removed and replaced the broken pipes. Replaced dirt, and poured concrete. The area looks great and no more water leak. Very satisfied customer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe customers should understand what they are paying for before work begins. Pricing depends on the service, accessibility, condition of the plumbing and the repair required. We offer straightforward service pricing and regularly have specials on services such as drain clearing, sewer camera inspections and hydro-jetting. Our standard trip/service charge may apply depending on the appointment and location. We also offer a 10% customer discount on qualifying work, up to $1,000, as well as a $299.99 annual membership with plumbing inspection benefits and additional savings. Any applicable charges or discounts are discussed before the work proceeds.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to what the customer is experiencing instead of immediately assuming what the problem is. Once on site, we inspect and test the affected plumbing system and use diagnostic equipment when appropriate, including sewer cameras and other inspection tools. We explain what we find, show the customer the problem whenever possible, and discuss the available options. Once the customer chooses how they would like to proceed, we complete the work, test the repair, clean the work area and review the completed work with them. Our goal is for the customer to understand both what failed and what we did to correct it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from extensive hands-on plumbing, sewer and drain work in residential properties. Our work includes sewer camera inspection, drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, sewer repair and replacement, water heater systems, water piping, fixture repairs and other plumbing systems. We also continue learning as plumbing technology, diagnostic equipment, installation methods and manufacturer requirements change. In this industry, field experience and continuing education are both extremely important.
