- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pre Walk through Determines hours, Final Price etc…Our fee’s are usually 10%-15% of the square footage for Commercial or Construction Site properties. For Homes 4 bedroom maximum size …. $100 p/ h 2.5 hr minimum. Other Services or more bedroom size Prices are determined via walk through and amount of work that needs Completed! If you have major areas that requires alot of attention to detail we will base price of the amount of details needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I ask a few questions about the property such as size, if there are pets in the home, when and how much work is needed, number of bathrooms, outlets, etc. I also would like the Customer to rate their home from 1-10 to determine my work load for that particular project! I also would love to know if you have your own mop, duster, Vacuum broom & Dustpan if you have pets all Clients don’t have pets & some may have allergies etc
