- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work very hard and if I'm charging by the hour you will be getting your moneys worth. I also can discuss the cost per job as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will go over all your options, ways to keep cost down.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in construction from a kid. My Dad was a contractor and I went to work with him often. When I entered High School I went to a Vocational High School and graduated in the carpentry class.
