I contacted Cesar to help with some stucco repair around my crawlspace, and to have concrete cracks sealed and repainted on my steps. He was responsive, provided a very reasonable quote, and was over to do the repair in less than 48 hours. The quality of his work is exceptional, too, and he went above and beyond to make everything look good as new. I really appreciate his expertise and would recommend him to anyone that needs help with stucco, painting, or texture matching.

Exceptional work from beginning to end. I was moving into a new house with popcorn ceilings and Cesar communicated very clearly and removed the popcorn texture with great results. It was a new house, so I didn't realize electricity was shut off - Cesar even got a generator to see the job through. Highly recommend.

Cesar and his amazing team painted the entire interior of our new home. They did an amazing job and it was a huge project. They removed 30+ year old popcorn ceiling and retextured and painted the ceiling, and then proceeded to paint the whole condo. Such an amazing transformation! They provided great quality of work and were incredibly responsive and open to feedback on new ideas. 10/10 would recommend Fine Line Painting for your paint projects!
