My specialty is deep tissue and Swedish massage however I also use pressure point and stretch therapy depending on what you need. I have a lot of experience with athletes with overworked and sore muscles. My massage is typically a very firm massage, however I'll make sure your body is warmed up and ready for the deeper portions of the massage. If you need additional work it will be provided at no additional charge. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
I believe that the total mind and body experience that you get from a good massage is very healing and is what I aim for each massage I perform.

David is an absolutely amazing therapist - extremely professional, down-to-earth, and a total Pro!! He responded quickly, and was very attentive to my specific physical issues and needs. Dave checked to make sure I was comfortable and that the pressure was the right amount. This was one of the BEST massages I have ever had and I look forward to working with him again. As a former athlete I am used to get massages. David is one of the best massage therapist I experienced over the last 25 years.
